My name is Franklin Imonikhe, also known as Prophet Franklin, and I am from Edo state. I am a gospel singer and I began my musical career in 1993 while watching Fela Shrine.
It was there that I had the opportunity to meet many musicians who would come to greet the legendary Fela. Among them was Majek Fashek, 
who happened to be from the same state as me, although we were not blood relatives.
After Fela’s death, I started to follow Majek Fashek, who became my mentor in music. I even had the privilege of featuring Pa James from the Papa Ajasco show on one of my tracks, which I hold dear.
Now that Majek Fashek has passed away, I am on my own in my musical journey. My latest anointed song, “Powerful God,” is currently available.
